Order Processing:
• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• During peak periods or product launches, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
• Europe: Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days
• Worldwide: Estimated delivery time 10-20 business days
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.
Customs & Duties:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
Return Eligibility:
• Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Opened or used skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us directly. Exchanges are only available for products of equal or lesser value.
